LC Uniboot Patch Jumpers is swichable, normally use for Fiber Optic Switch, it is easier for plug in and plug out.
The LC Uniboot fiber optic patch jumpers are utilized to achieve more effective cable management in high-density network environment.
With a more compact design, they can reduce cable management space by 68% when compared to traditional duplex zipcord assemblies.
These assemblies contain two LC connectors encased in a common housing with one boot, terminated on a single, round, two-fiber cable, therefore allowing duplex transmission within a single cable.
The main advantage of LC duplex uniboot patchcord is outer diameter of used cable.
Two fibers for bi-directional connectivity are placed only in one jacket, which has outer diameter of a standard simplex patchcord - 3,0mm.
This solution reduces the space usage by 50% compared with the traditional zip-cord patchcords.
Half of the space in racks, cabinets or patch panels is now freed up for more cable connections or simply better organization.
